pH Controller with many induced features

pH is the level of a substance which used to determine how much acidic or basic a substance is. Very high and low pH levels both are harmful and cause several diseases. pH stands for ‘power of hydrogen’.  In this case, some specialized devices are used which measure the pH level and if it is too high or low, it also works as a controller of the pH level. These specialized devices are known as pH controller. It was invented by a biochemist, Soren Peter Lauritz Sorenson.

It maintains the pH level of a substance by balancing the acidity levels and the alkaline levels and making the solution totally neutral. Its weight is about 750-850 grams approx and its size being about 96 mm X 96 mm. A pH controller transmitter is 4-20 mA Isolated. It displays accurate pH level and also has the calibration facility on the front panel. It has a non-volatile memory, which means that its data can be retained even if the power supply is not connected to the controller. It usually comes in both manual and auto variants and it is an independent two set point controller. Its measurement range is from 0.00 to 14.00 pH and its auto temperature compensation is from 0 – 100 degree Celsius.  A level above 7 indicates that the substance is alkaline and a level below 7 indicates that the substance is acidic.
