Compatible and budget- friendly Temperature Logger

In 1829, a scientist named Leopoldo Nobili invented a modified and superior device which could measure temperature at different places and of different things. This device could also record temperatures in harsh climates and dense places. This device was named as Temperature Logger, commonly referred to as a temperature monitor. As technology came up, scientists developed the independently working version of this device. It is small, battery powered, and is equipped with a microprocessor and an internal memory for easy data storage. It is also known as a data logger because it collects the data of the temperatures of various places easily. It is particularly used to measure temperatures in places which are harsh and dense. These places include forests, deserts and mountains .It measures and records temperature readings ranging from -100°C to 100°C.

It is a simple device and is budget- friendly. It is portable and delivers accurate readings. It is light- weighted which makes it very easy to carry. Nowadays, these devices have become a necessary and important part of all industries where products are manufactured, stored or shipped.

Applications-

  •            The most important use and the purpose for which Temperature Logger was invented is to   measure temperatures in non- penetrable places. It is helpful to many scientists to study and   discover about these remote places.
  •            It is used in food industries to measure temperatures of the rooms as well as of the products from time to time to prevent the spoilage of the food products as they are highly sensitive.
  •           It is also used in the international industries to keep in mind the temperatures of the rooms where certain sensitive products are being packed, manufactured or stored. As they have to deliver the products abroad and to different countries, there is a chance that the products might get destroyed in their journey to the buyer. The delivery to other countries takes a plenty of time.
  •         It is also used in the cosmetics industry, as the beauty products are highly- sensitive. In case, these products get spoiled by chance it can cause harmful effects on the buyer’s face or any other part of the body he is applying that spoiled cosmetic or beauty product to.

High Performing and Accurate pH Meter

Have you ever thought how the pH level of water is measured?  How are the pH levels of different substances measured to do an experiment? This all happens with the help of an electric device, pH Meter. It measures the level of acidity or alkalinity in a substance and displays the pH level.  This also known as “potentiometric pH meter”.

Its pH range ranges from 0.00 to 14.00 pH. It has 200 groups of data storage which may vary depending upon the different models available. Its resolution is of 1mV. It has an advanced electronic technology and software design and it is highly accurate. It is portable and can be easily carried, it has the highest performance with very less cost price. It is extensively used in the mining industry, water treatment projects to check whether water can be consumed, environmental protection, power plant and in field and spot test. Read More...

pH Controller with many induced features

pH is the level of a substance which used to determine how much acidic or basic a substance is. Very high and low pH levels both are harmful and cause several diseases. pH stands for ‘power of hydrogen’.  In this case, some specialized devices are used which measure the pH level and if it is too high or low, it also works as a controller of the pH level. These specialized devices are known as pH controller. It was invented by a biochemist, Soren Peter Lauritz Sorenson.

It maintains the pH level of a substance by balancing the acidity levels and the alkaline levels and making the solution totally neutral. Its weight is about 750-850 grams approx and its size being about 96 mm X 96 mm. A pH controller transmitter is 4-20 mA Isolated. It displays accurate pH level and also has the calibration facility on the front panel. It has a non-volatile memory, which means that its data can be retained even if the power supply is not connected to the controller. It usually comes in both manual and auto variants and it is an independent two set point controller. Its measurement range is from 0.00 to 14.00 pH and its auto temperature compensation is from 0 – 100 degree Celsius.  A level above 7 indicates that the substance is alkaline and a level below 7 indicates that the substance is acidic.
