A Peek into the World of Digital Timers

What is a Digital Timer? What are its various features?

A digital timer consists of a display which displays the value and the measurements. It functions digitally and so, is known as a digital displayer as well. It keeps a note of the timings and starts functioning at the time set up and stops at the time set to end. These generally have a non- volatile battery to ensure a better and greater experience. By non- volatility, it means that the data that has been stored can be retained even if the battery and the device have been cut off from the power supply. It stores data for a relatively longer period of time and you can easily transfer, retrieve or input data from it very easily. Like many of our products, digital timers are very rigid and stiff and are non- breakable READ MORE

Prime Uses of pH Controller and Measurers

A part of our wide range of electronic and automatic devices, pH controller is one such name which everybody comes across. It is one of the most popular and best -selling products as it is made from very good quality material and latest technology. Ok, so, what is the major motive of this device? It is used to measure the pH levels of a solid or fluid and balance its levels of alkalinity and basicity. So, in a way it is way more economical than other devices because it works as a dual system. It can measure the levels of pH and can also balance it, and works like a meter also. That sounds very great, it will sound much better if I reveal its exotic range of features. It offers very least count and thus is very specific and delivers just the exact measurements. It is solidly built and is non- breakable and you will have no tension of carrying it delicately. It has an assured guarantee with it but in case it still stops working or there is a problem relating to its function, you can feel free to contact the customer care service and it will be repaired in no time.

There are abundant uses of pH controllerListed below are some of the main and essential purposes of using pH controllers-

v  These are widely used in manufacturing of body cosmetics like that of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc. In case the pH level of a product increases or decreases from its normal value, i.e., 7, it can cause harm to the customer using it.

v  They are principally used in the agricultural sector for treatment of hard water by measuring the levels and then they can be controlled using this device. Otherwise, the hard water can cause damage to the growing crops and to those consuming it as it contains a large amount of sulphates and carbonates.

v  They are primarily used in water supply factories from where the water is supplied to other places in a town or where the water is packed in bottles for usage.

There are many other uses of which are yet to be mentioned. You can read our other articles as well. Place your order fast!

Throwing Light Over the Features of Tachometer

Acceleration plays an important role in the monitoring of a vehicle’s working and ability. Acceleration is measured as the change in the distance or velocity with time. If a vehicle can travel long distances in small intervals, it means it has very high acceleration but to the contrary, it means there is a low acceleration so there could be a fault in the engine of the vehicle signaling towards the checking and repairing of the engine. This can all be measured by using a single and simple device known as a Tachometer. It measures the acceleration of a vehicle in RPM units which stands for Revolution per minute.

This is not only the use, there are many other uses as well. Let me list in a brief format-

  • To measure acceleration (as mentioned above) in the automobile industry.
  • To measure angular distance of rotation.
  • In laser instruments
  • For treatment of vitiligo (a skin disease)
  • In engine manufacturing
  • In mills and grinders to measure the required RPM for grinding.
  • In the marine fleet.
  • Motor controlling industries, etc. Read More...
