Portable and cheap Temperature Logger

A Temperature Logger is also known as temperature monitor. It is an instrument used for measuring and it can independently record temperature over a defined period of time. It is generally small, battery powered, and is equipped with a microprocessor and an internal memory for easy data storage. It is generally used to gather temperature data from various field conditions and is therefore, also known as a data logger. It is portable too i.e. it is easy to carry .It can also be used in many other applications like for measuring the relative humidity of the air and also its temperature.

 Data loggers which independently record data can be easily carried to multiple locations where the Temperature Logger is not fixed or there are not enough temperature recording facilities like deserted places like hills, caves and places with extreme temperatures. It measures and records temperature readings ranging from -100°C to 100°C. It is very simple, cost efficient and is of the size of a credit card and can be easily stored and carried.

 Some products are temperature sensitive such as food, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. In such situations, data loggers are used to measure their temperatures. It determines the F-value in the production of food and beverages. It has an induced PE value calculation.

 These are used to measure the temperature of the product being shipped to see whether it is eligible to be shipped or not.  Some data loggers are attached to the product whose temperature is to be measured while in some cases, it is placed outside the package in which the product is being carried.

 Nowadays, the price of the data loggers has declined as new technology is coming up and it is now available at a very cheap and convenient price. They are highly accurate and evaluate and program with PC. They are space saving are highly resistant to extreme temperatures till 150 degree Celsius. They usually come with 6 months to 1 year warranty. It is comes in different sizes, both small and big according to the needs. Generally, the small size Temperature Logger are more preferred.
